Dear Jim:
It is my responsibility as President-Elect to appoint the NCEES committees for the coming year. It is my pleasure to inform you that I am asking you to serve as a Consultant to the Committee on Examinations for Professional Engineers for 1993-1994.
Enclosed is a tentative list of committee members and consultants as well as some initial charges that are subject to revision. Please consider this material immediately and contact me with any suggestions at (307) 766-3040 or P. O. Box 3295, Laramie, WY 82071. If it is more convenient to fax suggestions, send the information to me at (307) 766-4444.
As you are aware, committee members are not reimbursed by NCEES for expenses in attending the annual meeting in Nashville. However, the initial meeting of the committee to plan for the year's activities will occur during the annual meeting, so please attend if at all possible. (Of course, any expenses incurred by you for committee activities during the administrative year will be reimbursed.)
